Welcome to Yooper. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yooperhub.com (the “Site”), operated by Yooper (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Insider Club Accounts and Email Choice
You must provide a valid email address, choose a secure password, and complete email verification before receiving points or using member features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not create accounts through automated, deceptive, or fraudulent means.
Marketing email is optional and is not required to create an Insider Club account. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time through an email message. Service and security messages, such as verification or password-reset emails, may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.
Yooper Points and Reading Rewards
Yooper Points are promotional loyalty points. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be used only for benefits or promotions that Yooper expressly offers. Points do not guarantee any reward, prize, discount, or continued program availability.
Eligible article rewards may depend on active reading time, reading progress, activity signals, account verification, one-reward-per-article limits, and other published controls. We may correct point balances, deny or reverse duplicate or erroneous awards, withhold rewards that cannot be verified, and change point values, tiers, earning rules, limits, or available benefits at any time.
Reward Integrity and Account Enforcement
You may not use bots, scripts, auto-refresh tools, multiple accounts, manipulated browser activity, false information, or other methods intended to simulate reading, bypass limits, or obtain unearned points. We may review suspicious activity and may withhold points, adjust balances, suspend member features, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the program, the Site, or other users.
Promotions and Giveaways
A specific contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, or reward may have separate official rules. Those rules control if they conflict with these Terms and may address eligibility, geographic or age restrictions, entry periods, entry methods, prizes, approximate retail value, winner selection, odds, verification, publicity permissions, taxes, and other conditions. Promotions are void where prohibited.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter a sweepstakes, and a purchase will not improve the odds of winning. Holding or earning Yooper Points does not guarantee eligibility, entry, or a prize unless the applicable official rules expressly say so.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Yooper, a Yooper employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or that may harm Yooper or users of the Site.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yooper and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the content on this Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted under applicable fair-use principles.
4. User Comments and Contributions
If you post comments or other content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Site. You are solely responsible for any content you post, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to post it. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or edit any user content at our sole discretion, including content we deem unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising, including advertising served by Google and its partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers. The inclusion of any link or advertisement does not imply endorsement by Yooper. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yooper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yooper and its operators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
