Corrections Policy

Yooper is committed to accurate, clearly sourced coverage of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. If we get something wrong, we review the issue and correct it promptly.

Request a correction

Email yooperhub@gmail.com or use our contact page. Include the article URL, the specific passage or claim at issue, and any supporting source that helps us verify the correction.

How corrections appear

We review correction requests against source material and update factual errors as soon as they are confirmed. When a correction materially changes a story, we add an editor’s note explaining what changed. Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes may be made without a note when they do not alter the meaning.

Accountability

Publisher and editor Keegan O’Brien is responsible for corrections and significant editorial decisions. YooperHub owns and publishes Yooper, but correction decisions follow Yooper’s editorial standards.
